Currently, Core Primal ships within the United States only. This allows us to maintain reliable delivery times and consistent service for our customers.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout, but most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. Customers may place orders using guest checkout. Creating an account simply allows easier order tracking and purchase history.
How Do I Track My Order?
Returns may be accepted only under limited circumstances:
- If the COA does not match the product
- If the product arrives damaged during shipping
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Items must be returned in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
